Pacific Vein Care is taking the following measures to ensure you have healthy and safe access to our services.
Prior to every visit, we will ask screening questions to ensure the safest possible environment for both patients and your healthcare providers.
Associate wellness and temperature checks will be completed prior to the start of every shift.
We ask that ALL patients and associates wear masks upon entering the office.
Upon entry to our office, there will be hand sanitizer readily available.
You will be taken to a treatment room immediately on your arrival to complete your consultation or treatment in a private space disinfected immediately before and after your visit.
We will encourage safe distancing whenever possible. Please note the social distancing markers at the front desk.
We are eliminating coffee service and water bottles from our waiting area to reduce the chance of community transmission.
Each day we are screening our staff and following CDC guidelines regarding any members who are ill or who have had possible exposure.
If payment is required, we are encouraging no-touch payment methods. We are able to take payments over the phone using credit or debit cards.
If you, the patient, experience a cough or fever, or have recently visited any country with a CDC travel alert level III in the last month, or have come into close contact with people who have, please call us to reschedule. Patients will not incur any last-minute cancellation fees.
We will keep you updated. Please be assured that we will follow the CDC guidelines and continue to assess and update our protocols. Please feel free to inform us of any additional safeguards that we may be able to provide for you. We encourage you to help us!
